Breathwork is often the gateway toward meditation. The breath is also the key toward better movement, and relaxation. But this fundamental action of breathing is often restricted through poor motor programs, and faulty movement habits. In this class, we'll explore the mechanics of breathing, how the breath helps move the body and how the body can free our breath. The second half of class will lead to meditation techniques derived from yogic and mindfulness traditions.
